Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GameTime Coach ("we", "our", or "us") and govern your access to and use of the GameTime Coach app and website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

GameTime Coach is a tool that helps youth and recreational soccer coaches track playing time, goals, scores, and season statistics, and optionally share team information with parents.

Eligibility

The Service is intended for adult coaches and team managers who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to enter any player names or other information you add to the Service.

GameTime Coach Pro Subscriptions

GameTime Coach offers an optional paid subscription, GameTime Coach Pro, which unlocks additional features. Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available with the following billing options:

• Monthly — billed once per month.
• Annual — billed once per year.

The current price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Purchases through the Apple App Store: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription — auto-renewal can only be turned off through your Apple ID settings.

Purchases through our website: Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available in the app.

Refunds: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested from Apple. For subscriptions purchased through our website, contact us at the email below.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own coaching purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to disrupt or compromise the Service, not accessing other users' data, and not using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the team, roster, and game data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or to other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
