GameTime Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is a youth soccer team management app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in, we collect your name and email address through Clerk, our authentication provider.
- Team and roster data: Team names, player names, jersey numbers, and game records you enter in the app.
- Usage data: Basic logs for debugging and improving the service (e.g., error reports).
- Payment information: If you subscribe to GameTime Coach Pro on the web or Android, payments are processed by Stripe. On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not store your credit card number.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the app — storing your teams, rosters, and game history.
- To authenticate you securely and keep your data private from other users.
- To process Pro subscriptions via Stripe.
- To improve the app based on how it is used.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers needed to run the app:
- Clerk — authentication
- Supabase — database storage
- Stripe — payment processing (web and Android)
- Apple — payment processing (iOS In-App Purchase)
- Sentry — error and performance monitoring
- Vercel / Railway — hosting
Data Retention
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (My Account → Delete Account), or by emailing us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
GameTime Coach is designed for adult coaches (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Player names entered in the app are not linked to individual children's accounts.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your data.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
